Cancellation Policy

• You can reschedule/cancel your appointment BEFORE 48 hours. If failed to do so, your cc on file will be charged 50% of scheduled service. If card is declined, the amount will be due in order to book future appointments. • No-shows will be charged 50% of scheduled service. If no-shows twice with no communication whatsoever, you will not be booked again. • 15 minute grace period is given to all appointments. Please make arrangements prior to your appointment. Understand one delay affects everyone’s schedule. If failure to arrive within grace period, appointment will be canceled and no show-fee will be applied. If my schedule is flexible appointment can be kept. Late fee may apply. • When booking appointment, our system sends out an automated text message to number on profile. Follow link given in text to confirm. If failed to confirm, appointment will be canceled and no-show fee will be applied.
